We analyze the influence on product characteristic and product distribution through the application of new type passivation MB-1 in RFCCU,the results showed that the passivator is characterized by rapid response and prominent effect,the content of H2 in the catalytic dry gas have decreased averagely by 40 percent points,H2/CH4 have decreased by 37 percent points,the yield of dry gas and coke have little decrease,and creating good economic benefits.
When total sulfur content of the feedstock is 0.85% and NS FCC desulfuration agent occupies 4%～5% of the catalyst in the system, dry point of the FCC gasoline reduces from 186℃ to 177℃, and the total sulfur content in the gasoline has been decreased by 39% without negative influence on the catalyst and product slate.
The experiment results showed that under the conditions of a reaction temperature range of 400-500℃, a space velocity range of 0.5-1.0h~ -1 and low reaction pressure, the product slate and product properties as well as the operating cycle were met the requirement.
It has advantages of strong adaptability to feedstocks,high blending ratio of residue,good product slate,great operation flexibility,high quality fluidization of catalyst,strong resistance to failure and low consumption.
The evaluation result shows that by adopting the two-stage riser reactor together with LBO-16L olefin reducing catalyst, on the premise that FCC naphtha olefin content is less than 35%, the product slate is good, the light oil yield and the ratio of diesel to gasoline are higher.
The results show that production distribution is good,the solidification point of diesel fuel reaches-29 ℃,and the solidification point of lubricating oil reaches-16 ℃ when reaction temperature is 400 ℃,reaction space velocity is 2 h~(-1) at normal pressure and without hydrogen.

Technological characteristics, production distribution and economic index of Technology of Oil Making from Coal including coal direct liquefaction and coal indirect liquefaction are analyzed and evaluated.
The catalytic performance,production distribution and property were studied under the temperature of 340～380℃ and space velocity of 1～4 h-1.The experimental results showed that the production had good distribution and desired property.
The emulsified heavy oil and heavy oil are tested in FCC reaction at the same operating conditions to investigate their respective product slates, coke make, product quality and cracking catalyst performance.
The running results showed that under the similar operation conditions,after adding 0.02% said coke suppressing agent,the light oil yield and total liquid yield increased by 0.23 and 1.54 percentages,respectively; the coke yield and slurry yield decreased by 0.49 and 2.03 percentages respectively; the product slates improved and the economic benefit was obvious.
The commercial trial of the Agent A on small fixed-bed FCC unit demonstrate that the addition of this agent has signifi-candy improved the product slates of CGO feed or mixed feed and increased light product yield and total conversion.
