The geological background and a general model of geothermal activities in Tibet have been summarized in this paper. It has been suggested that the geothermal activities in Tibet may be closely related to the partial fusion layer in the crust (i.e.the low velocity or low resistance of the layer) and the abnormal upper mantle.The partial melting of granite within the crust or some small magmatic chambers become the heat sources of the intensive geothermal activities. The variation of intensity of the geothermal activities between geothermal provinces may be caused by the difference of melting degree of this layer and its depth in the crust. The active faults provided the canal of geothermal fluid. Some down fault valleys or basins have become hydrothermal manifestations.

The tests have been conducted to analyse the working principle of temperature keeping air exchanger and test synthetically the volume of wind, pressure of wind and air heat exchanger efficiency. The exchanger of rotation passage has been compared with the exchanger of Banchi passage on energy consumption. The means has been discussed about economizing on energy and raising air heat exchange efficiency.
