The intakes of energy, the vitamin B complex, vitamin C and calcium, especially the intakes of calcium and vitamin C as well as intake of riboflavin for boys were inadequate.Conclusion Nutrition health education should be provide to improve nutritional conception and dietary constituents of students.

目的 了解广西大学学生的营养观念与膳食状况 ,为在大学生中开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法 采用自行设计的综合问卷表和 5d膳食跟踪调查表对 2 81名学生进行调查。结果 广西大学学生现有营养观念和营养知识不容乐观。膳食结构中 ,蔬菜、奶、豆制品、蛋、粮谷类摄入不足 ,而肉、禽类摄入过多 ;能量、B族维生素、维生素C、钙摄入不足 ,尤其是钙、维生素C以及男生中维生素B2 的摄入严重不足。结论 必须在大学生中开展营养健康教育 ,以改进学生的营养观念和膳食结构。

RESULTS:Most of the students lacked a better understanding of nutrition knowledge and had some unhealthy dietary behavior.However,they held a positive attitude towards nutrition,and were eager to gain more knowledge of nutrition and health to correct unwholesome dietary behavior. CONCLUSION:It is suggested that nutrition education activities should be implemented to make the college students know more nutrition knowledge and take healthy dietary behavior.

目的:调查大学生营养知识、态度与膳食行为的现况,为开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法:采用自编调查问卷,对某市3所大学1235名在校学生的营养知识、态度与膳食行为进行抽样调查。结果:合格答卷中的多数对营养知识缺乏全面深入的了解,普遍存在不合理的膳食行为,但有较好的健康饮食意识,愿意接受更多的营养知识并改正不良的饮食习惯。结论:应采取多种形式对大学生加强营养知识的宣传教育和饮食行为的正确引导。
