The assessment examine of the physical education (P.E.) grade is one of the influencial element of student's interest in physical training. In order to make the different layers of students can appreciate the amusement of success, stimulating their study interest, promoting their study enthusiasm, give full play to the evaluation of student's impelling function, we adopted the method of the combined evaluation of the final achievement together with the process of the study, designed an evaluation method by adding "progressive mark" into the "structural examine". It stressed the fair competition of P.E as well as the acknowlegment of the individual differences of the students. In the course of teaching, this method not only promoted the physique of the students, but also permeated into student's comfldence in themselves, and also strong-will, motive of success, self-study, self-education and the overall cultivation of their ability to help each other and learn from each other. Futhermore, it particularly created the opportunities and conditions to the way of successfor those students who have difficulties in their studies.
