本文指出了传统的石棉制动器衬片的缺点和公交车辆对制动器衬片的要求;对新研制的WX型无石棉汽车制动器衬片介绍了装车运营试验三项测试内容;制动性能(制动合格率和制动力)、材料磨耗(制动器衬片和制动鼓的磨耗量)和制动噪声(制动声级),并对试验结果进行了综合评价分析;总结了该制动器衬片具有的优点;充分肯定了它在公共汽车上的应用价值,并提出了今后需要进一步开展的工作。

The conventional motor vehicle brake shoe lining is formed by mixing and hotpressing component material with asbestos fibre as the base,but it causes environment pollution.The article presents a newly developed non-asbestos(shepardite) brake shoe lining of which theresults of both bench test and road test on motor vehicle show that all properties can meet the re-quirements of technical specifications,and mileage of road test of the lining reaches the expectedservice life 25 000km.

传统的汽车制动器衬片是以石棉纤维为基材经混合热压而成,但其污染环境。对新研制的无石棉(水镁石)制动器衬片进行了介绍。经台架试验和装车道路试验表明,其各项性能均满足技术条件要求,道路试验里程均达到设计里程25000km。

The formulation for asbestos-free frictional material was optimized by means of regressive experiment method, optimization techniques and fuzzy optimum design. An optimum formulation has applied to clutch and brake pads.
