双向血流,是指在心动周期中的一定时相段,同一血管腔内同时存在两种方向相反的血流成分的现象。它在人体血液循环中广泛存在,而且含有有关血液动力学状态和血管、心脏多种病变的丰富信息。因而,对双向血流的研究具有重要价值。 人体中常见的双向血流可归为三种类型:收缩期末—舒张期初的动脉双向层流、涡流与湍流、以及两血管相交通时的混合血流,本文分别讨论了它们各自的不同特点。作者应用W-1、W-2型双向定量超声血流速度仪进行实际检测,获得了与血液动力学定性分析相符的初步结果。研究表明,双向血流检测对于慢性动脉闭塞症、主动脉瓣关闭不全及颈动脉瘤的诊断、以及对于下肢深、浅静脉交通支的定位具有临床价值。相似的方法也适用于对下肢深静脉瓣膜关闭不全的研究。

In the simulative experiment of human blood circulation—system, it is also called compliance. Theoretical analysis is being done in the condition taking the elastic process as a heat-insulated process. We have found that the complianco C of the Windkessel is in proportion to its volume. This has been proved by the experimental results. This study is beneficial for quantitative research on simulative equipmeut.

本文从理论和实验两个角度研究了Windkessel——空气腔的弹性特性。空气腔是人体血液循环系统模拟实验中,模拟弹性参数的元件,亦称顺应器。理论分析假定空气腔的弹性过程是绝热过程,得出其顺应性C与空气腔内空气的体积成正比的结论。这一结论为实验结果所证实。该工作有助于模拟设备的量化研究。

本文建立了人体血液体循环、肺循环的一种N单元“分布、分段集中三参数模型”,用系统分析中的传递函数方法进行处理,编写了可用于体、肺循环的计算机模拟和模拟装置辅助设计的通用程序。 通过具体辅助设计肺循环模拟装置,并将计算机模拟结果同模拟装置特性曲线进行对照,表明本文所建立的模型、采用的分析方法及模拟软件都较为适用。计算机模拟及据此设计的模拟循环装置的特性曲线与生理系统特性曲线吻合得较好。
