Effect of some inorganic lead salt and aluminium oxide on burning rate pressure exponent and temperature sensitive coefficient of polyurethane composite solid propellant have been investigated. We have chosen lead chromate, active aluminium oxide and some burning rete catalysts such as Cr_2O_3, CuS etc as mixture additive of propellant. Thus, the resulting propellants have moderate burning rate, lower burning rate pressure exponent and temperature sensitive coefficient, and excellent mechanical properties.

The preparation method and properties of dimeryl diisocyanate (DDI) and its apptication for military and civil purposes are described in this paper. DDI is characterized by lower toxicibility, low vapor pressure, and insensibility to moisture,so its preparation of DDI is simpler and easier than that of IPDI (Isophoro-ne dissocyanate) and harmless to persons. The propellant containing DDI possess the long pot time of slurry, high mechanical properties at low temperature and low burning rate pressure exponents...

本文综述了二聚脂肪酸二异氰酸酯(DDI)的制备方法、性能及其在军、民上的应用.DDI具有低毒、低蒸气压和对水不敏感等特点,制备方法简便.用作丁羟推进剂的固化剂,推进剂具有长的工艺使用期、好的低温力学性能和低的燃速压力指数.由DDI制作的聚脲涂料和弹性体有好的耐气候、耐磨和耐老化等优点.

In this paper,the energy and the combustion characteristics of ammonium pe-rchlorate/nitramine composite propellants were theoretically analysed and experimentally examined.A range of composition was provided for studyingthe formulation of high energy,low ablation,minimum smoke,low pressure exponent propellants as well as low burning rate gas producer.It was also pointed out that problem of DDT does not exist for the nitramine composite propellants.

本文从理论计算和实验研究了高氯酸铵/硝胺系复合推进剂的能量及燃烧特性.对研制高能、低烧蚀、少烟、低压力指数,以及低燃、速燃气发生剂的配方设计提出了组成范围.同时指出了含硝胺炸药的复合推进剂不存在爆燃向爆轰转变问题.
