The effects of solvent. amount of DBU and refluxtime on the yield of products were studied. me suitable synthesis condition was decided,and the yield of FeTNPc and CoTNPc reached 41.0% and 67.9% respectively....

采用有机强碱1,8-二氮杂双环[5,4,0]十一-7-烯(简称DBU)存在下,FeCl2、CoCl2与4-硝基邻苯二甲腈在醇溶剂中通过模板反应的新方法合成了4,4’,4”,4”’-4-硝基酞菁铁(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ),并着重考察了两种不同的溶剂、DBU的加入量及反应时间对产率的影响、确定了标题化合物的较佳合成条件,在该条件下合成四硝基酞菁铁(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ),产率分别可达41.0%和67.90。

3-Nitrophthalonitrile was synthesized in a higher yield from phthalic anhydride through 5 steps: nitration, dehydration, ammoiation, aminolysis and dehydration and the products were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The effects of reaction conditions of two steps, nitration of phthalic anhydride and dehydration of 3-nitrophthalamide, were studied.

以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料 ,经过硝化、脱水、亚胺化、氨解、脱水 5步反应 ,高产率地合成了 3 硝基邻苯二甲腈 ,研究了邻苯二甲酸酐的硝化反应、3 硝基邻苯二甲酰胺的脱水条件对产率的影响。目标化合物的结构用元素分析 ,IR和1HNMR表征。
