A new air register, which has successfully been used for CWS combustion, is introduced in the paper. It has more adjustable parameters and so can be conveniently adjusted. A new air register, which has successfully been used for CWS combustion, is introduced in the paper. It has more adjustable parameters and so can be conveniently adjusted. The primary air blade outlet angle, spreading angle and height of the flame holder, secondary air tangential blade outlet angle and diffusing angle, which are determined by measuring the centrial recirculating zone and observing cold sprays, are suitable for CWS combustion under various conditions with stable ignition, no flame take-off and combustion efficiency up to 98%. The tests indicate that; larger blade outlet angle of the flame holder (that is larger primary air swirling number) will cause larger centrial recirculating vone and so provide more heat for CWS ignition; increasing an appropriate spreading (angle 20° and height 30 mm ) will postpone mixing between primary air and secondary air and stabilive the gas flow, but an annular recirculating zone is formed in the revese side of the spreading when the spreading angle is too larger, this annular recirculating gas flow will carry back a great number of CWS droplets onto the spreading and diffusing and even into the secondary air box- the swirling number of the secondary air can not be too great ,otherwise CWS droplets will be swung onto the furnace wall causing fouling. Combining with low pressure swirling atomizer, this air register can provide enough recirculating hish temperaure flue gas to speed up CWS ignition and greater later stage gas flow disturbance to strengthen CWS burn-off.

本文介绍了一种已成功地用于水煤浆燃烧的新型调风器,这种调风器可调参数较多,因而调节灵活方便。通过冷态空气动力场回流区的测量和对冷态雾化炬的定性观察确定的一次风稳焰器叶片出口角、稳焰器扩口角和扩口高、二次风切向叶片出口角、(石旋)口角等,能适用于不同工况下的煤浆燃烧,着火稳定,无脱火现象,燃烧效率最高达98%。试验表明,较大的稳焰器叶片出口角(即较大的一次风旋流强度)能产生较大的中心回流区,为煤浆着火提供热源;稳焰器增加合适的扩口(扩口角20°,扩口高30mm)有推迟一、二次风混合和增强气流稳定性的作用,但扩口角过大时会在扩口背面产生一个环状回流区把大量浆滴带回到扩口上甚至进入二次风箱;二次风旋流强度不宜过大,以免大量浆滴被甩到炉壁上而结焦。该调风器与低压旋流型喷咀相配合,能获得足够的高温烟气回流以加速煤浆着火,而且气流有较强的后期扰动以强化煤浆的燃烬。

This paper presents the cold-state aerodynamic field simulation test results for a WG 300 MW boiler furnace. The test results have shown that the different dynamic pressure ratio of the primary air and secondary air, the feeding mode fo the primary air and the layout format of the burners will all exercse a certain influence on the in-furnace aerodynamic field. The said results can be employed to guide the furnace design and operation of the home-made 300 MW boiler units and other tangentially fired boilers.

文中给出了对WG300MW机组锅炉炉膛进行冷态空气动力场模化试验的结果。试验结果表明,不同的二次风与一次风动压比、一次风的投运方式。燃烧器的布置方式等均会影响到炉内的空气动力场。这些结果对我国300MW机组锅炉及其它切向燃烧锅炉炉膛的设计和运行均有重要的指导意义。

Cold state modelizing flow field tests have been conducted with Shanxi Shentou No.2 Power Plant's 500 MW set's turbulent direct flow pulverized coal burners with dual air control. The main factors that influence the pulverized coal's combustion process were studied and the control mechanism of the swirler vanes has been completely rebuilt. After comprehensive cycling tests, the lowest load, at which the set can exclusively run on coal, has been reduced from 350 MW to 300MW with remarkable economic benefits.

通过对山西神头第二发电厂500MW机组煤粉锅炉直流扰动式燃烧器的冷态空气动力场的模化试验,分析了燃烧器在组织煤粉燃烧过程中各主要因素的影响规律,并对二次风旋流叶片的调节机构进行了全面的改造。机组深度调峰试验结果表明,不投油全燃煤的负荷由改造前的350MW降为300MW,取得了显著的经济效益。图6表5参2
