The multilayered channels are crisscross, so it is very difficult to design temperature function. This paper deals briefly with the means and method adopted during the design of temperature function. That is, the framework structure is analyzed with the structural mechanics, and the big-volume concrete structure is emulationally calculated and analyzed for the plane and three-dimensional finite meta-temperature field and the stress of gradual variation in temperature in the construction period and operation period. The location and amplitude of the highest temperature and stress are ascertained, and evidence is provided for taking temperature-controlling measures and arranging reinforcing steel bar depending on temperature for intake towers.

小浪底水利枢纽一字型布置的10座进水塔群,为结构、体型布置最复杂的大体积混凝土基础板和墩、墙等组成的钢筋混凝土建筑物,由于多层孔道纵横交错,温度作用设计难度很大。文章简述了温度作用设计中采用的手段和方法,即对框架结构采用结构力学方法进行了分析,对大体积混凝土结构进行了施工期和运用期的平面和三维有限元温度场及温度徐变应力仿真计算分析,了解了最大温度和应力产生的部位和量级,为进水塔采取温控措施和温度配筋提供了依据。
