It was found that photoradiationHPD increased the permeability of the liposome largely. The effect of infrared and ultraviolet laser was found to be stronger than that of white light and the effect of ultraviolet was stronger than that of infrared laser. Photoradiation-HPD was shown to decrease the intensity of the ESR signal of the fatty acid spin label incorporated in this system. Photoradiation-HPD was also found to decrease the order of the phospholipid molecule in the liposome slightly.

99mTc-HMDP is a good diagnostic skeletal imaging agent. In this paper,90TcO4-was reduced by Sn(Ⅱ) in HMDP medium. The oxidation states of 99To in 99Tc-HMDP were investigated by pulse polarography. Sn (Ⅱ) -HMDP solutions at different pH were titrated with 99TcO4-. ~(99m)Tc-Hydroxy Methylene Diphosphonate(~(99m)Tc-HMDP)是良好的骨显像剂。本文则使用了~(99)TcO_4~-在HMDP介质审被Sn(Ⅱ)还原,产物~(99)Tc-HMDP中~(99)Tc的氧化态用脉冲极谱法进行了研究。在不同的pH条件下,用~(99)TcO_4~-滴定Sn(Ⅱ)-HMDP溶液,微分脉冲极谱法测定结果为:在pH 4.0和6.0时,总的是四电子转移过程,Tc(Ⅲ)生成;在pH8.0时,有Tc(Ⅲ)和Tc(Ⅳ)生成。用Sn(Ⅱ)滴定~(99)TcO_4~-(pH 6.0),控制不同的Sn/Tc摩尔比,采用常规泳冲极谱法测定,可以有Tc(Ⅴ)、Tc(Ⅳ)或Tc(Ⅲ)生成。此外,在pH 6.0时,~(99)Tc/Sn=1:2(mol),测得配合物的组成为Tc:HMDP=1:2。
