The optimum solution method reserves advantages of the sensitive point method and agrees with the principle of minimum condition. Misjudgements due to unfaithful testing point can be avoided.

发动机凸轮廓线检测起始转角的最优求解方法既保留了“敏感点法”测算简便、易操作、速度快的特点,又体现了“误差最小包容区域的形状与公差带形状一致”的“最小条件”原则,避免了凸轮检测位置不准引起的误判。

The paper gives the optimum solution for initial turning angle of cam face,which features simple calculation,easy operation and fast working. The solution also shows the principle that "the shape of minimum holding zone of errors is consistent with the shape of tolerance zone" and "the minumum condition",so false judgement caused by incorrect position of the cam tested can be avoided.

凸轮廓线起始转角的最优求解法,即保持了“敏感点法”的测算简便、易操作和速度快的特点,又体现了“误差最小包容区域的形状和公差带的形状一致的”最小条件的原则,避免了凸轮检测位置不准而引起的误判。
