研究了多孔超高燃速推进剂代料的双螺杆混合挤出工艺。分析了双螺杆混合 PVC/ KCl代料的密度、微孔结构和混合优度 ,并且与超高燃速推进剂的密度、微孔结构和混合优度做了对比。研究表明调节双螺杆混合挤出工艺参数可以控制多孔代料的密度 ,双螺杆混合挤出技术可用于制造多孔超高燃速推进剂 ,并且双螺杆的混合效果明显优于手工混合
