The apparent melt viscosity of the ionomer was studied as a function of its theoretic neutralization degree and its temperature by using a capillary rheometor. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the logarithmic apparent melt viscositty and ion content when the ion content was less than 8 mol%. The ionomer was all power law fluid when ion content was less than 15 mol%, when ion content was greater than 15 mol% the ionomer was a complex fluid. In the lower temperature region, the apparent activation energy increased with the ion content, but the variation of evaluated apparent activation energy with ion content was first increased and then decreased. The results obtained by means of TBA showed that the relative stiffness of the ionomer increased and Tg peak moved to higher temperatures and was brgadened with increasing ion content. The ionomer was observed by GPC to have a dramatic variation of apparent molecular weight with ion content. The ionomer will be a new hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive because of its peel strengh to PET film was 10-25 N/25 mm.

本文研究了一种新型的BA/MMA/AA/Zn~(++)AA三元共聚丙烯酸酣类锌盐离子聚合物的熔体流变学性能和力学性能。结果表明:离子含量小于8mol%时,对于两组丙烯酸含量不同的离子聚合物,其熔体表观粘度与离子含量的定量关系分别为:ηα(i)=ηα(O).exp[0.0872(i)](AAmol%=7.92),ηα(i)=ηα(O).exp [0.2350(i)](AAmol=14.41);所研究的离子聚合物在离子含量小于15mol%时,都为幂律流体,大于15mol%时呈复杂流体。离子聚合物有两个表观粘流活化能,其转折温度在90~100℃之间;低温区域的活化能随离子含量增加而增加;高温区域则随离子含量增加先是增加而后下降。扭辫分析(TBA)结果表明:少量金属离子加入使离子聚合物的相对刚度增加,α松弛变宽且向高温方向移动;用GPG研究发现离子聚合物的表观分子量随离子含量变化很独特;离子聚合物对聚酯膜的剥离强度(最大值)达10~25N/25mm,故这种离子聚合物可望成为一种有前途的热熔压敏胶。

In order to study natural convection effects on fluid flows under Low-gravity in space, we have expanded variables into a power series of Grashof number by using perturbation theory to reduce the Navier-Stokes equations to the Poisson equation for temperature T and biharmonic equation for stream function Suppose that a square infinite closed cylinder horizontally imposes a specified temperature of linear distribution on the boundaries, we investigate the two dimensional steady flows in detail. The results for stream function , velocity u and temperature T are gained. The analysis of the influences of some parameters such as Grashof number G and prandtl number P, on the fluid motion lead to several interesting conclusions. Finally, we make a comparison between two results, one from approximate equations, the other from the original version. It shows that the approximate theory correctly simplifies the physical problem, so that we can expect the theory will be applied to unsteady or three-dimensional cases in the future.

为了研究在宇宙空间微重力环境中.自然对流对流体运动的影响,将变量展成Grashof的摄动级数,使用摄动理论将Navier-Stokes方程组简化成:关于温度T的Poisson方程,关于流函数ψ的非齐次biharmonic方程.选取一无限长封闭方柱体,假定在柱体边界上预先给定一种线性温度分布,使用数值计算方法求解上述简化方程组,得到各阶流函数和各阶温度值,进而详细地研究了方柱中流体的运动状况,分析和讨论了某些参数,如Grashof数和Prandtl数对流体运动的影响,最后将计算结果与由未简化方程推算的结果进行比较,证实近似方法正确地简化了复杂的流体运动过程,并且可以推广、运用到三维问题上.
