This paper presents that the radiative levels of indoor environment in Xi'an City were investigated with a high sensitivity thermoluminescent dosimeter-LiF(Mg, Cu, P).The radiative doses absorbed by local residents were also evaluated. The results show that average Y-radiation dose in air absorbed by the residents seems to be 9. 10 X 10-8Gy·h-1 and the contributive component of cosmic ray to be 2.82 × 10 -8Gy·h-1. 本文用高灵敏度LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光剂量计测量了西安地区居民室内环境辐射水平,并估算了居民受照剂量,结果表明,西安居民室内γ辐射水平为9.10×10~(-8)Gy·h~(-1),宇宙辐射电离成分的贡献为2.82×10~(-8)Gy·h~(-1),室内γ辐射致西安居民的年有效剂量当量和年集体有效剂量当量分别为374 μSv和1.36×10~3Man·Sv。

This paper outlines, the radiation protection design for a 3000kV, 10mA electron accelerator irradiation station. The design hasbeen accomplished in accordance with shielding calculation and theprinciple for optimization of radiation protection. The thickness of theshielding walls determined in this way was much smaller than thatrecommended by the accelerator manufacturer. Survey results showed thatthe radiation level in working area was only slightly higher than naturalbackground.

本文简要介绍一台3000kV、10mA电子加速器辐照站的屏蔽设计。设计中根据屏蔽计算和代价-利益分析方法确定防护墙厚度,其结果比制造厂推荐的厚度小得多。测量结果表明,工作环境的辐射水平稍高于天然本底。
