This paper proposes a new method by cholesky decomposition to construct the reduced-order model of mechanical system with strong gyroscopic effect. In order to demonstrate the validity of this method, the controlled model and zero power control of a 10MWh class energy storage flywheel system with gyroscopic are given. The results of simulation prove that the method is effective.

提出了利用Cholesky分解来构造有陀螺效应机械系统的低维控制模型的一种新方法。利用所提的方法,构造了电力储存用10MWh级飞轮系统的低维控制模型,并设计了相应的零消耗控制器。仿真结果表明了此方法的有效性。

A closed loop circuit with stabilized output voltage controlled by PWM mode was designed by analysing the operation principle of flywheel energy storage system, the on-time of the giant transistor in a PWM cycle isregulated in order to stabilize the output voltage.The experiment results showed that the circult possesses good performance with stabilized output voltage and was capable of satisfying the change of load and rotate speed on flywheel energy storage system.

在分析飞轮储能系统运行原理的基础上,设计了一种脉宽调制控制式闭环稳压电路,即通过改变一个脉宽调制周期内晶体管的导通时间来实现稳压输出。样机试验证明该电路具有很好的稳压性能,能够满足飞轮系统中负载及转速的变化影响。
