By flexural toughness experiment of high-strength concrete and steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete beams, the effects of the volume fraction and the type of steel fiber on the flexural toughness and relevant index are investigated. Based on the load-deflection curves obtained from the experiment, the flexural toughness indexes and the variation coefficients of load-carrying capability were calculated according to CECS13∶89 test methods used for steel fiber reinforced concrete in China. The calculating results show that the indexes and the coefficients of the concrete increase with the increase of steel fiber volume fraction, and more than which of the perfect elastic-plastic material in incipient crack. Then it is shown whether the above calculating methods can be used availably to steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete.

通过高强混凝土和钢纤维高强混凝土小梁的弯曲韧性实验,研究了钢纤维体积率和钢纤维类型对钢纤维高强混凝土弯曲韧性及其弯曲韧度指标的影响。根据实验得到的荷载挠度曲线,按照我国现行的CECS13∶89钢纤维混凝土实验方法计算了弯曲韧度指数和承载能力变化系数,其计算值随着钢纤维体积率的增大而增大,且大于与初裂点相对应的理想弹塑性材料的相应值。实验表明:以理想弹塑性体的承载能力变化系数为基准来评定钢纤维高强混凝土的弯曲韧性是否合适还有待于进一步的研究。
