A continuous operation without relief pressure was also realized in high pressure extractor by the combined techique,which was advantageous to industrialization.The experiment suggested that in the SCFCO2 extraction procedure,garlic oil in the leaching solution was stable and low loss.The garlicin content in the extract was high,appeared transparent,low-viscous,and smelt fresh flavor.The expriment showed that the rate of SCFCO2 extracted garlic oil was closely interrelated with the operation pressure and CO2 volume.Extraction pressure within 10~14 Mpa was proved to be proper.

本文提出乙醇溶剂浸出与超临界二氧化碳(SCFCO2)萃取结合的提取蒜油的工艺路线。以此结合的工艺路线,从大蒜中获得的蒜油得率和品质与直接用SCFCO2萃取法相当,又可实现高压萃取釜不卸压的连续作业模式,便于实现工业化。实验测试表明:乙醇浸出液中蒜油在SCFCO2萃取过程中很稳定,损失少。萃取物中蒜素含量高,稳定易保存;表观透明、粘度小、蒜味浓烈,保持大蒜原有新鲜风味和药用成分。实验显示,SCFCO2提取蒜油的提取率与操作压力和CO2气量关系密切,萃取压力在10~14Mpa为宜。
