本文叙述利用剑麻加工废水制取沼气的生产性扩大试验结果。生产每吨剑麻纤维产品可收集含COD值1700ppm左右的废水15~16吨,可制取含甲皖60%以上的沼气250m~3左右,相当于6000千卡/千克热值的煤220千克左右,按热值计算把废水利用起来制取沼气取得的能量,可相当于现生产上实际干燥纤维所需煤量(350gk/t产品)的60%以上。

The anaerobic process of organic wastewater treatment usually adopting at mid-tenperature (28-35°C) fermentation. The main purpose of this paper is to estimate the adaptability of treating high concentrated casing processing wastewater by using UASB under low-temperature. The results showed that under low-temperature (23±1℃) condition, after HRT. of 20 hours and two-stage treatment, the removol rates of COD_(cr) was up to 90%-95%, BOD_5 was over 95%, and gas production was 0.36m~3/kg COD_(cr);

This paper describes the result of biogas generation from the effluent of concentrated latex processing factories by one step and two steps treatment system of anaerobic fermentation in laboratory. The result indicated that the acidity of the effluent and concentrations of ammoniacal nitrogen and sulfate etc. in the effluent were high. There are many inhibiting factors in anaerobis fermentation. The technology of two steps treatment system of anaerobic fermentation has to be applied for normal fermentation....

When the organic loading of the system is 3.6 g COD/L·d, the Volumetris biogas production rate reaches 1.3 L/L.d, the COD removal rate attains to 76%, 0.481 L biogas can be obtained at the removal rate of 1 gram of COD and the methane content was about 67%.

本文叙述了天然橡胶浓缩胶乳加工废水制取沼气的一步与二步厌氧发酵实验室试验结果。结果表明,这种加工废水酸度高,且含有较高浓度的氨态氮和硫酸盐,厌氧发酵抑制因素多,必须采取二步厌氧发酵工艺,才能进行正常发酵。当系统有机负荷率为3.6gCOD/L·d时,容积产气率达1.3L/L·d,COD去除率达76%,每去除1gCOD产沼气0.481L,沼气甲烷含量67%左右.
