This paper introduces the survey and determination mathod of the contact temperature and the

介绍在摆线传动的胶合模拟试验中接触温度和摩擦系数的测量方法,找出了接触温度、摩擦系数随载荷、速度、摩擦表面处理及润滑剂的变化规律。摩擦系数随载荷的增加而降低。采用特制摆线油承载能力的下限与上限分别是50~#油的2.43~4.25倍;稳定运转时摩擦系数为0.04~0.048略高于50~#机械油;油温最高时为100℃.试件表面磷化处理,胶合承载能力的上下限较不磷化可分别提高80~180%,摩擦系数由0.035降为0.029,油温最高为70℃.

本文利用 ANSYS有限元程序 ,仿真了在等离子喷涂过程中熔融的金属、陶瓷颗粒与接触面的热相互作用 ,给出了“温度—时间”关系以及接触界面处接触温度的研究方法 ;结合功能梯度材料的制备 ,研究了不同材料颗粒 ,包括金属 Ni颗粒 ,Al2 O3陶瓷颗粒与接触界面之间的热相互作用。其结果为研究涂层牢固结合的基本物理化学过程提供了必需的理论依据。
