The powder metallurgy method was adopted to prepare the new type secondary emission material. The result of testing its emission performance shows that the molybdenum added with rare earth oxides may have good secondary emission performance, which has much to do with the activation temperature. After activating treatment at 1 360 ℃, the maximum secondary emission coefficient of this material may reach 2.65, exceding the application demand of the material(2.0).

>=Nonevaporable getters have been widely used for many years in sealed vacuum or controlled atmosphere devices. They are required to be more and more sophisticated due to the development of science technology. A type of Ti-based sintered nonevaporable getter has been studied. It has efficient room temperature activity and moderate activation temperature, therefore the effects of the thermal load on the surrounding walls and electronic components can be avoided. It combines good mechanical strength to withstand severe working conditions. Availability in different configurations is often indispensable. The room temperature pumping speeds for H_2 were measured as a function of sorbed gas quantities for Ti-based getter under three diverse activation temperatures. The experimental results indicate that the pumping properties of Ti-based getter are excellent when activated at low processes.The properties will be improved when increasing the activation temperature. The whole vacuum system, however, needs bakeout before reactivation, or it will have great effects on pumping properties.

非蒸散吸气剂已经在封离真空管或需要控制气氛的装置里广泛应用了多年.随着科学的发展,对之提出的要求也越来越高.研究了一种钛基烧结体非蒸散型吸气剂.它优良的室温吸气性能和适中的激活温度可以避免高温条件下对管器件的热损伤.同时具有高的机械强度,可以应用于条件要求苛刻的环境下.此外,还可以灵活制成多种不同形状的产品.本文研究了钛基吸气剂在三种不同激活工艺下的室温吸氢性能.结果表明,此吸气剂在低温激活有良好的吸气性能,随着温度升高,性能会更好.但每一次重新激活都必须对系统进行整体烘烤,否则性能会受到影响.
