A theoretical analysis of the problem under investigation in this paper is made principally for the double—arc gears which are used in practice nowadays. It leads to the conclusion. A pair. of mating double—arc gears, when viewed from front to back, will be in meshion simultaneously at both points, of which one is before and the other is after the pitch point, in spite of errors in center—distance and cutting—depth on condition that the parameters of their basic tooth profile satisfy that △ρ(1)=△ρ(2)=△ρ and...

In paragraph § 5 the problem concerning the conservation of axile distance between neighbouring mesh—points is investigated. The last paragraph (§ 6) is a critique on the Reference [3].

本文主要针对目前在生产上实际应用的双元弧齿轮就所研究的问题作了理论分析,并得出下列结论:只要其基准齿形的参数满足条件△ρ~(1)=△ρ~(2)=△ρ、α_(no)~(1)=α_(no)~(2)=α_(no)就足以保证在节点前后同时啮合而不受中心距和切深偏差影响(见§3) 本文还利用端面齿廓啮合图(见图2)精确而简易地导出偏差和啮合角之间的定量关系式(见§4)。在§5中探讨了相邻啮合点间轴向距离的恒定性问题。最后一节(§6)是对文献[3]的评论。
