平衡接触剃齿法可有效地消除或减小剃后齿轮齿形的中凹误差.然而,如何正确地设计平衡剃齿刀是实现平衡剃齿的关键所在.本文简略地阐述了设计平衡剃齿刀的三个要点:(1)两种不同的平衡接触剃齿的条件是tgα(?)tgβ_(b1)sinβ_(b1)+α(?)cosβ_(b1)=(ρ_(1max)+ρ_(1min)-S_(bn1))/2r_(b1)及tgα(?)tgβ_(b1)sinβ_(b1)+α(?)cosβ_(b1)=(ρ_(1max)+ρ_(1min)-S(bn1)+P_(bn))/2r_(b1)在一般情况下,取前一条件比后一条件更为有利,即将平衡剃齿刀设计成负变位的.(2)齿轮齿侧渐开螺旋面的极限主曲率半径ρ_(1max)及ρ_(1min)与留剃形式或剃前刀具的齿形有关.(3)生产实践证实,不必苛求严格的平衡接触条件.一般如将不平衡啮合率控制在5%以下,仍可获得满意的剃后齿形.这样,可大大地减少所需的剃齿刀数量.

The contact between teeth of shaving cutter and of work gear has been considered as a elastic one in this paper. By using the Hertz theory the relations between the normal forces applied on tooth surface and the working pressure angle duringshaving have been analysed. As a result it has been revealed that why the shaving cutter with negative modification can reduce the concavity on the middle zone of tooth flank and meet the profile accuracy.

把剃齿刀与齿轮的接触看作弹性接触,运用赫兹理论分析了在剃齿过程中齿轮齿面的法向力与剃齿啮合角的关系,从而揭示了负变位剃齿能够减小齿形中凹满足齿形精度要求的原因。

A new kind of spiral bevel gear is presented which is based on long tooth height and shoot-shoot addendum modification. By the optimal technique, it is possible to gain the contact ratio more than 2.1~2.7. For spiral angle βm>25°, there are always double pair teeth in mesh on one half of full loading. The theoretical analysis and experiment show clearly that this new kind of spiral bevel gear have a good quality of low sound and high strength. It can be cut by any current tool machine and standard cutters.

通过采用长齿高制(hα>1)和角度负变位,借助于优化设计,可使螺旋锥齿轮的重合度达到2.1~2.7。当中点螺旋角大于25°时,在中等载荷下可保持实际的双齿对传动。理论分析和实验表明,这种新齿制螺旋锥齿轮不仅噪声低而且强度高,可在国内现有的机床上使用标准系列刀具加工。
