The acute effects of thermal shock and combine action, of temperature, salinity, copper and ammonia on survival of prawn postlarvae (Penaeus orientals K. ) and clam (Potamocorbula laevis) were investigated by static procedure. The results showed that both incipient lethal temperature (TL50) and critical temperature maximum (CTM) increased as the acclimation temperature increased. The TL50 value for prawn larvae dropped dramatically from 35.2℃ to 21.7℃ when the salinity of solution decreased form 34.47% to 5.97%....

The results showed that both incipient lethal temperature (TL50) and critical temperature maximum (CTM) increased as the acclimation temperature increased. The TL50 value for prawn larvae dropped dramatically from 35.2℃ to 21.7℃ when the salinity of solution decreased form 34.47% to 5.97%. Not much change was observed for TL50 of clam at same time. The thermal shock increased the toxicities of copper and ammonia to prawn larvae significantly while the high temperature increased copper but reduced ammonia toxicities to clam.

According to the need of the second engineering of Da-gang power plant, we obtained several maximum temperature values of the clam.The incipient lethal temperature are shiftedupward by acclimation to warmer temperature.The ultimate upper incipient lethal temparature is 37.1℃. The maximum weekly average temperature of growth is 29℃. The shorttime exposure to extreme temperature is 35.45℃.Objectly evaluated the damages of the heated waters of Da-gang power plant on the clam.

根据天津大港电厂扩建工程的需要,对黑龙江河兰蛤存活的各项温度指标进行了试验。黑龙江河兰蛤起始致死温度是随驯化温度的变化而改变。最高起始致死湿度为37.1℃,生长的周平均最高温度为29℃、短期暴露最高温度是35.45℃。对大港电厂冷却水体对兰蛤有否危害进行了初步评价。

It is found that the incipient lethal temperature is shifted upward by aulimation to warmer temper- ature.The UUILT,MWAT and Maximum Short Exposure Temperature are 35.1℃,28.4℃ and 32.3℃.

根据天津大港电厂扩建工程需要,笔者对黑龙江河兰蛤稚贝存活的各项温度指标,进行了室内研究.结果表明,兰蛤稚贝起始致死温度是随着驯化温度的变化而改变,最高起始致死温度为35.1℃,生长的周平均最高温度为28.4℃,短期暴露最高温度是32.2℃.
