Using the CTAB way to extract the DNA of Citrus changshan-huyou,and analysits the 12 fine clone types and 7 fine plants by RAPD way,and picked up 12 better primers from 60 random primers of the Operon Company.
The preserving rate,tree height,crown growth of the stands which have been block transformed by adopting measures(e.g.,using superior clones of Casuarina equisetifolia) on the behind greenbelts are 51.17%,2.3%,and 25.71% higher than CK(except 1.2cm lower than mean DBH) compared with remain-aged-belts.
And the heritability of height, diameter (1.3m) , and volume of clone are 0.288, 0.6118, and 0.611 respectively, with the diameter (1.3m) and volume heritability being medium, and the average genetic gain of volume being 22.17%, which can be widely recommended as the superior clone.

An investigation was made of the growth and adaptation of willow excellent clones (Salix×jiangsuensis CL'J172','J194",'J333",'J369','J799','J795'and Salix×chuibaonica CL'109')introduced from Jiangsu Academy of Forestry in different areas of China.
