The data of ovulation and transuterine migration of conceptus totaling 1322 pregnant mares had been made and analysed systematically from 1976 up to 1981 for six years. Statistical analysis showed that the frequency of movement of mare's embryo to the opposite horn can be reached over 50%; ovarian activities of the left and right sides were not equal, the frequency of ovulation of the left ovary was usually higher ( 54.5% ) than that of the right ( 45.5%).The numbers of mare's embryo implanted in the left or...

Statistical analysis showed that the frequency of movement of mare's embryo to the opposite horn can be reached over 50%; ovarian activities of the left and right sides were not equal, the frequency of ovulation of the left ovary was usually higher ( 54.5% ) than that of the right ( 45.5%).The numbers of mare's embryo implanted in the left or in the right uterine horns were significant difference ( P<0.01 ) , 59.2% of pregnancies in the right horn, but 40.8% pregnancies in the left horn. It was indicated that the high tendency of movements from one horn to the opposite horn have occurred freqently. The movements of mare's embryo related to none of the years, the months of breeding season and the physiological status of the non-pregnant and lactating mares.

The influence of some hormones of different dosages to early embryonic development of Kunming mice were observed in our experiments.By the treatment of mouse with various dosages of insulin, cortisone and stilbestrol from the beginning of pregnancy to implantation several basic data were obtained as follows : the numbers, the developmental ??stages and the rate of death of embryos in preimplantafion. We found that the hormnes at high dosage (insulin, 0.04u/gwt, cortisone 0.083mg/gwt. stilbestrol 0.25mg/one mouse) had quite obvious inhibitory effects on the basic data statistics of the embryos. When the dosages were reduced gradudually (insulin 0.02u, 0.01u, 0.005u/gwt, corg tisone 0.042mg/gwt, stilbestrol 0.025mg, 0.0025mg/oue mouse) the resulted data still presented inhibitory effects in different degree, but tended to approach normal. Our experments showed that the hormones tested at different concentrations within the body of pregnant mice influence the early embryonic development directly.

本文分别用几种剂量的胰岛素、可地松、已烯雌酚,在昆明小鼠妊娠开始胚胎植入前,进行处理。然后观察植入前的胚胎数量、发育时期及其与红体数相比较成活率的变化。发现用较高剂量激素(胰岛素0.04u/gwt、可地松0.083mg/gwt、已烯雌酚0.25mg/只)处理后,对早期胚胎在各项指标上均表现十分明显地抑制效果。当剂量逐渐降低后(胰岛素0.92u,0.01u、0.005u/gwt,可地松0.042mg/gwt,已烯雌酚0.025、0.0025mg/只),早期胚胎在各项指标上仍表现不同程度的抑制作用,只是逐渐趋于正常。本实验说明孕鼠体内某些激素的水平,可直接影响早期胚胎的发育。

Histochemical changes of the superficial epithelium and the glandular epithelium during estrus cycle and early pregnancy in rats were investigated. The results indicated that during diestrus the activity of ACP, G6Pase, NSE was declined and the amounts of glycogen and lipid were quite low as well. During estrus the activity of NSE, ACP and SDH was increased, which suggested that the metabolism of carbohydrate and lipid became very active. During estrus the activity of NSE, ACP and SDH was increased, which suggested that the metabolism of carbohydrate and lipid became very active. At the 6th day of rat pregnancy the amounts of glycogen and lipid and the activity of ACP, G6Pase, NSE were clearly raised, which suggested that the nutrition of blastocyst during implantation probably provided by the superficial epithelium. In addition, the superficial epithelium showed positive reaction to 3-β-HSDH, but its significance remains to be studied.

实验观察了大鼠动情周期和妊娠第3、6、8天子宫表面上皮和腺上皮中糖原、脂类、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和3-β-羟基甾体脱氢酶等的组织化学反应。将糖原、脂类和酶活性的反应强度分为4级。结果发现:在间期,酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶和非特异性酯酶活性最低。糖原和脂类的含量也较低。在动情期的表面上皮中,非特异性酯酶、酸性磷酸酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性增强。提示动情期内膜的糖代谢和脂类代谢开始旺盛。妊娠期,特别是妊娠第6天,糖原和脂类的含量以及酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶的活性都明显增强,提示胚胎植入所需要的营养物质可能主要来源于子宫表面上皮的糖代谢和脂类代谢。在妊娠第6天表面上皮和腺上皮中碱性磷酸酶活性最低。另外还发现大鼠子宫表面上皮中含有3-β-羟基甾体脱氢酶,其意义有待探讨。
