Plan view pattern control technique is a newly developed technique. It has a marked effect on improving the yield of plate. For farther developing the plan view pattern control technique, it is necessary to do some theoretical computations and analysises on the plan view pattern of rolled plate. In this paper, for examining the effect of some parameters on the plate plan view pattern, a mumerical analysis has been carried out by analytical method, upper bound method and rigid-plastic finite element method. The mumarical expectations are in good agreement with the experimental results. A theoretical computation method and application examples of optimum DB configuration during DBR (dog bone rolling) have also been presented in this paper.

平面形状控制技术是最近几年发展起来的新的轧制技术之一,它对提高中厚板的成材率有显著的作用。为了进一步发展平面形状控制技术,需要对轧制时轧件平面形状进行理论计算与分析。本文分别采用初等解析法,上界法和刚塑性有限元法对轧件平面形状进行了计算,分析了各种因素对平面形状的影响规律,理论计算结果与实验结果比较吻合。此外,本文还采用上界法计算了DB轧制(Dog Bone Rolling)时轧件端部三维变形,得到了最佳DB断面形状的理论解。

AbstractThe principle of broadening and longitndinal rollilng of medium plate is analyzed and production test has been held.The test shows that this technology is simple and easy to operate and is an effective measure for the shape control of the plate.

分析讨论了采用展宽纵轧工艺轧制中板的原理,并进行了生产试验。试验表明,展宽纵轧是简单易行的中板平面形状控制的有效方法。

Through theoretical analysis and shop experiment,the authors have developed anew approach of lengthening and widening in rolling to control the plane contour of thesteel plate whereby the edge contour is controlled.Making the rolled plate'contour improved and the edge folds decreased greatly.The approach has brought economical returnevidently.

作者通过理论分析和生产试验,开发了一种新的中厚板平面形状控制方法──轧长展宽法来控制边部形状,使轧后的板形和侧边折叠现象大大改善,经济效益显著。
