A large amount of calculation has given proof of its success and of the precision of the mapping function, thereby the main obstacles has been removed for the practical applicatioo of the conformal mapping method to the stress and displacement of tooth on evolvent gear.

平面弹性理论的复变函数保角映射解法可以求得齿轮的应力和位移的精确解.而相应于各种不同参数的轮齿齿廓的保角映射函数的求得却是比较困难的.以往均采用试算法,这是费时且昂贵的.作者编制了求解保角映射函数的计算机程序,并通过大量的计算证明这一程序是成功的,所取得的映射函数是精确的.从而解决了保角映射法求解渐开线齿轮应力和位移应用于实际工程计算的主要障碍.

Conformal mapping function of tooth profile of evolvent gear was inferred by means of the series method. This method had great significance on theoretical study and important practical value because calculation is simple and mapping accuracy is high.

本文采用级数方法推导出了渐开线齿轮齿廓的保角映射函数,不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且计算简便、映射精度高,具有重要的实用价值。

An analytical method for calculation of conformal mapping function of thetooth profile of evolvent gear is given. Not only the calculation is convenient, the accu-racy of the mapping is high, bnt also the form of the mapping function is simple.Bymeans of above-mentioned result, the analytical formula for the calculation of the di-splacement of the middle point of the contact zone of the tooth is given. By a calculativeexample, the uniformity of the calculative datum and the test datum is illustrated

给出了渐开线齿轮齿廓保角映射函数求解的解析方法。不仅计算方便、映射精度高,而且映射函数形式简单。借助于以上结果,给出了渐开线直齿轮轮齿接触区中点位移的解析表达式。由算例证实了计算结果和实测值之间很好的一致性。
