But under low temperature the fundamental parameter of fa-tigue crack propagation is the maximum J integral.

在研究海洋石油平台结构用钢A537在室温与低温下疲劳裂纹扩展规律的基础上,用三个不同的控制多数对疲劳裂纹扩展寿命进行了估算,并以计算寿命与试验寿命差值之大小作为衡量标准,优选出各个温度下疲劳裂纹扩展的基本控制参数.研究结果表明,A537钢室温疲劳裂纹扩展的基本控制参数为应力强度因子幅值,而低温疲劳裂纹扩展的基本控制参数则为最大J积分.

海洋结构物如海洋石油平台等,在其工作寿命内承受一系列载荷,如固定载荷、变动载荷和环境载荷.其主要载荷属随机性质,焊接接头往往成为结构物的危险部位.本文研究了A537钢焊接接头在随机疲劳载荷作用下,疲劳裂纹的扩展行为,及载荷比和频率对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响.按试验结果,建议:da/dB=171×10-10(ΔKrms)454可用于估算焊接接头疲劳裂纹的扩展.
