The geological conditions of Shuangnan oil-gas field are complicated , the production efficiency is low, and the production state is poor. We have found out the favourable and unfavourable geological factors of deep oil-gas field production by detailed analysis of the structural geological characteristics, reservoir geological characteristics, distribution law of oil, gas and water and by making a comprehensive evaluation of the geological characteristics. We have also put forward measures through which we can exploit oil and gas efficiently and rationally.
The study contents are involved in reservoir geologic characteristics,physical properties,nonhomogeneity,pore types and structures,pore evolution patterns and controlling factors,reservoir geologic models,sensitivity,prediction and integrated assessments.
The application of production seismic technique to the Songfangtun Oil Field and the Mofantun Oil Field is focused in this paper. According to the geologic characteristics of this area, some production seismic methods are studied, such as the fine identification method of small fault using production seismic, method of outlining the area rich in oil, reservoir lateral prediction method based on the oil reservoir types and reservoir geologic characteristics, and the reservoir geologic modelling method based on the production seismic data.
The research and understanding about the reservoir geologic characteristics and the potential factors for reservoir damage in this structural reservoir are not very clear, therefore, the damage with different degree has occurred during the operation.
The LWD GR and resistivity realtime interpretation methods are described. Strata correlation,reservoir fluid identification and reservoir description are realized by comparing the LWD GR and resistivity data with the predetermined geological features of reservoirs according to the lithologic characteristics,lithology logging and reservoir physical properties.
