Detections of the sera in parallel revealed that antibodies to Pssand Pzrwere major antibodies demonstrated by the immunoseral assays.Antigens of T. gondii eluted from SDS-PAGE gel were tested with SPA-ELISA for their capacity to react with polyclonal antibodies from infected mice. The antigens of fraction II most strongly reacted to the IgG antibo-dies in 5 fractions of the gel eluates. Another strong reaction was in eluates from fraction III. The major antigens in fraction II and III , which induced IgG antibodies, were found to be P35and P27as shown by the immuno-blot analyses. Challenge of BALB/c mice, which had been immunized with partially purified P35. with the high-virulent ZS strain of Toxoplasma revealed that the highest survival rate was in animals immunized with the eluates from fraction II, which includes the antigen of P35.

本文应用4种免疫血清学方法和免疫印迹技术分析了3种不同毒力弓形体株(RH、Beverley和Fukaya)感染小鼠后诱导血清IgM和IgG抗体产生的速殖子表膜抗原及株间的抗原差异。速殖子膜有3种主要功能性抗原,分子量分别为120、35和27kd。P_(27)除被IgG抗体识别外,同时还可被IgM抗体所识别。用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分离并部分纯化的抗原进行ELISA检测发现,含有P_(35)的洗脱抗原组分与小鼠多克隆抗体反应最为强烈,其次为含有P_(27)的洗脱组分。用洗脱各抗原组分免疫小鼠后证明,血清IgG抗体主要与P_(35)和P_(27)结合。用部分纯化的P_(35)抗原免疫小鼠可使受试鼠获得抗攻击感染的部分保护性免疫力。

It is dealt with that, by usingBent functions as nonlinear combining function of the feedforward network, it can resist correlation attack and linear approximation attack very well. The functions programming logicgate is given. Arbitrary Boolean function for N binary variables is realized by the gate,which is very economical on the realized circuit. Finally the feed forward network to realizeone great group of Bent function is presented, that is constructed by FSM-combiner and thefunctions programming logic gate. The stream ciphers scheme can resist attacks strongly.

研究了流密码体制中抗攻击前馈网络的构造。通过对有限状态机(FSM)输出函数的Walsh谱及N元布尔函数是N-1阶相关免疫的充要定理的讨论,证明了FSM组合器是N1阶相关免疫的。论述了用Bent函数做前馈网络的非线性组合函数可很好的抗相关攻击和线性逼近攻击。文中给出一种可用其实现任意N元布尔函数的多功能程控逻辑门,使布尔函数的线路实现极为经济。最后用FSM组合器及给出的多功能程控逻辑门构造了实现一大类Bent函数的前馈网络。此流密码体制具有强的抗攻击能力。
