The new concept of pulse electrochemical finish machining (PEFM) is put forward and the mechanism of PEFM is analyzed. A technologic scheme of the finish machining by using pulse supplier, non linear electrolyte and non feeding mode is proposed. The feasibility and advantages of PEFM are proved by the technologic test and practical use.

提出了脉冲电化学光整加工新概念 ,分析了脉冲电化学光整加工机理 ,确定了应用脉冲电源、非线性电解液、高频窄脉宽技术的光整加工工艺方案。通过工艺试验和实际应用验证了工艺方案的可行性和优越性。

The principle of pulse electrochemical finish machining (PECFM) is discussed. The special pulse power supply is researched and manufactured. The PWM is adopted to produce pulse signal. The control circuit and IGBT driving circuit is designed. The performance of the power supply is verified by experiment.
