Taking TCSC as an example,the perform ance of PI control in SMIB and that in the four- m achine system are compared,which proves the necessity of the proposed model.It is verified by applying iterative learning control IL C to the four- m achine system and testified in a seventeen- machine system . 多机系统所特有的多摆失步和多模振荡现象是实际电力系统暂稳研究中的重要问题。目前以单机—无穷大系统为模型所设计的 FACTS控制器 ,因系统模型的局限性不能很好地解决上述问题 ,文中提出了 4机系统模型作为 FACTS暂稳控制研究的基本模型。以可控串联补偿 ( TCSC)为例 ,进行了 PI控制在单机—无穷大系统和 4机系统上的性能比较 ,说明了提出 4机系统模型的必要性。通过在 4机系统上进行迭代学习控制 ( ILC)的研究 ,并在 1 7机系统上进行校核 ,验证了该模型的正确性和典型性。

It summarizes the concept, new developments and effects of FACTS. It presents the current developments of stability control in FACTS. It is pointed out that the way based on differential geometric control and robust control is a quantitative control strategy for single FACTS controller. At the same time, Multi controller coordinated control and multi objective single controller coordinated control are the main aim of designing FACTS controller in the future.

简单介绍了FACTS的概念、新进展及其作用 ,总结了FACTS稳定控制器的模型 ,同时详细介绍了目前FACTS控制器的各种稳定控制策略及其效果 ,提出对单个FACTS控制器而言基于微分几何控制及鲁棒控制的控制策略应是较好的稳定控制策略 ;多个FACTS控制器的协调控制及单个FACTS控制器的多目标协调控制是今后FACTS控制器设计的主要目标

The concept of the feexible AC transmission system(FACTS) and the kinds and characteristics of its controllers are introduced.The speed advantage of digital signal processor(DSP)is stressed by comparing the DSP with general microprocessor some examples are given to explain that DSP chips can meet the quick response requirement of FACTS controller. So the quality of real_time and the accuracy of FACTS controller can be ensured.
