可靠性参数设计中实用、高效的评价方法和优化方法的研究是当前对参数设计进行应用研究的关键之一。本文对常见的一些方法进行了比较研究,阐述了绝对偏差法和序贯淘汰水平法(SEL)与其它评价方法和优化方法相比的优势所在和不足之处。最后提出了以SEL法与绝对偏差法结合为基础的变间隔迭代法的参数设计方法。

This paper presents how to exploit the software of the Parameter Design of Reliability in Circuit Design,and the results which are tested in some typical circuit by use of the software.Through the comparison with the results of the same examples in other literatures,the precision of the results is enhanced,which proves that the software is highly efficient and reliable.The paper integrates the design with the debug of the circuit,which shortens the design time of the circuit.

本文介绍了电路可靠性参数设计软件的开发,以及利用该软件在一些典型电路上进行验证的结果,并通过与其他文献所引用的相同实例的比较证明:该软件是高效、可靠的。使用该软件可同时完成电路的参数设计和仿真分析,大大缩短了电路的设计周期。
