The influence of the strip elastic deformation is considered in all above calculation. It is the theory foundation of further study on HC mill.

本文采用整体模型与分割模型相结合的方法计算HC轧机的辊系变形。采用整体模型并利用功的互等定理和积分方法计算弯曲和剪切变形;采用分割模型的影响函数法导出辊系接触变形计算的统一表达式;考虑轧件弹性变形对出口板厚分布的影响;利用迭代法计算辊间接触压力分布和出口板厚分布。为进一步研究HC轧机提供了理论基础。
