According to the characterisics of process simulation and training, we proposed the calculation method of operator's training score. Operator's training score was divided into: Operation quality score,operation step score,accident management score and teacher's impression score. Equations for computing these scores were given. Its practical applications show that the calculation method of operator's training score is reasonable,able to reflect the practice of operator's operation.

[目的]应用分类树模型分析广州市预防接种门诊从业人员培训考核成绩的影响因素。[方法]2003~2005年对广州市预防接种门诊从业人员进行培训考核,用分类树模型分析1 824名学员考核成绩的影响因素。[结果]23期培训班考试成绩为61.0±12.1分,影响因素分析的分类树图中共有23个中间结,24个终结点。10分以上的预测因子依次是年龄(100分)、专业工作年限(45.84分)、是否中级职称(20.72分)、是否本科及以上(16.93分)、是否大专(13.99分)、是否初级(11.93分)。[结论]培训成绩维持在一个相对稳定的水平,培训的重点对象应该是年龄大于42.5岁而专业工作年限低者,可因材施教,专门为这部分人群安排相应内容及形式的培训。
