本文用半解析半离散的方法,对具有椭球封头的法兰连接圆筒压力容器进行了分析。理论分析结果表明,法兰截面尺寸对壳体中的应力分布及法兰变形起着重要的作用。因此,适当选取法兰截面尺寸及连接螺栓的直径,可以减小、甚至消除壳体与法兰连接处的弯曲应力。这对圆筒压力容器法兰连接的优化设计具有重要的意义。 在理论分析的基础上,我们还建议了一种新的法兰连接形式。

At the platform of Pro/Engineer Wildfire, it illustrates the method of the 3D device part library. Based on the condition of the chemical device design, we adopted the parts such as the body of the canister, pipe, the head of the hermetic container, flange, manhole from the part library. Then we adjusted and modified the project in accordance with the demand of the 3D device design. Finally the 2D assembly drawing of chemical device was finished for the technology document. 结合一个椭圆形封头实例,介绍了在Pro/EngineerWildfire环境下建立三维化工设备零件库的方法。根据化工设备设计条件单,从所建的零件库中选用筒体、接管、封头、法兰、人手孔等零件,调用所选零件进行整体装配,根据设备的三维设计调整、修改设计方案,定稿后生成二维化工设备装配图作为技术文件备用。从而缩短化工设备的设计周期,提高产品的设计效率和弹性。
