The knowledge base of DTDS contains morethan 800 rules which are refined from the experiences of 30 famous drilling experts in Shengli, Sichuan, Huabei oilfields. The purpose of DTDS is as follows: (1) to diag nose the type of drillpipe s(?)icking: (2) to recommend proper treatment for solving and preventing the current problem: and (3) to predict a...

DTDS is an expert system applied to the diagnosis and treatment of drillpipe sticking. It is developed with TURBO PROLOG and TURBO C on IBM PC/XT microcomputer. The knowledge base of DTDS contains morethan 800 rules which are refined from the experiences of 30 famous drilling experts in Shengli, Sichuan, Huabei oilfields. The purpose of DTDS is as follows: (1) to diag nose the type of drillpipe s(?)icking: (2) to recommend proper treatment for solving and preventing the current problem: and (3) to predict a possible drillpipe sticking. DTDS contains a shortcut deep inference model and a deer inference model. It provides three kinds of reasoning process control stratigies: forward reasoning, backward reasoning and mixed reasoning. Some local control stratigies are used to speed up the reasoning process farther. The inaccuracy reasoning method used by the system is based on fuzzy logic. DTDS provides a free interactive knowledge acquisition environment, The user can replenish, modify and erase the knowledge in the base and build new knowledge bases very conveniently. After reasoning DTDS will give explanations to conclusion(s) from both angles of"how" and"why"when needed. It may also explain the current reasoning path during reasoning.

DTDS是用于诊断和处理钻井卡钻事故的一实用专家系统,该系统是用TURBO PROLOG和TURBO C两种语言在IBM-PC/XT微机上开发成功的,DTDS的知识库中含规则800多条,是从我国四川、胜利、华北等油田的近30位具有丰富实践经验的专家提供的经验中抽取、整理而成的。其功能有:(1) 诊断卡钻类型和引起卡钻的原因;(2) 提供解除和预防卡钻的措施;(3) 预测卡钻发生的可能性。DTDS采用了捷径深层推理深层推理两个独立的模型。在推理控制策略上能根据用户专业知识水平的不同,分别提供正向、逆向和混合控制3种推理过程控制策略;另外,采用了一些局部控制策略,以进一步加快推理速度。在不精确推理上,大胆尝试了基于模糊逻辑的方法,在知识获取上,提供了一种宽松的自由交互式的全屏幕知识获取环境。推理结束后,可根据用户的需要,从how和why两个角度对结论予以解释(推理过程中,也可应用户请求给予解释)。DTDS经100个卡钻实例测试,结果表明与专家的诊断和处理结果较为符合。图2参2。
