The inhibition by erythromycin was noncompetitive with ADP. 2. Within the range of the erythromycin concentration which gave inhibition of ATP synthesis, there was no effect on the basal or uncoupled electron flow in isolated thylakoids, while...

The effects of erythromycin on energy-transducing functions of chloroplasts were investigated. The following results were obtained: 1. The inhibition by erythromycin was noncompetitive with ADP. 2. It was shown that the rate of germination was closely related to the energy charge and the adenylate pool.

在重复毫秒级闪光激发下,在测试叶绿体的ms DLE的同时,测定ATP的合成数量,发现外加电场时,ATP合成的数量明显增加,并随着外加电场时间的延长而增加。为外加交变电场诱导的膜电位参与ATP合成这一推论提供了直接证据。
