2000年,英国对高中课程进行了重大改革。本文在阐述英国高中涵义的基础上,分析其高中课程质量面临的挑战,介绍英国新的高中课程,探讨其高中课程取向的新特点。

Based on the problems of pre-university courses in practice and understanding, the article aimed at bringing out its own views upon these problems. First, to ensure the quality of such courses, emphasis should be laid on the reinforcement of basic theories learning rather than on the choice and learning of computer operation. Second,in view of the development of software developing, such courses should stick to the teaching of program design as their basic principle.

针对目前中小学开设信息技术课程的现实和认识上的一些问题 ,提出了自己的一些看法 ,认为支撑课程质量的因素主要在于加强理论的学习 ,而不是操作内容的选择和学习 .另外 ,根据软件开发的发展 ,提出应将程序设计思想贯穿在整个课程的教学中 .
