A parallel one-dimensional placement algorithm is studied and proposed based on neural computation. The constraint conditions and goal function of the placement problem are mapped into a quadratic function which is used as the energy function of the neural network. With this energy function, a neural network is constructed for the placement problem. Using the parallel processing property of the neural networks; the optimal solution of the onedimensional placement problem can be obtained.

本文介绍一种阶梯非线性人工神经元权重结构及其利用局部信息的双重学习算法.出于网络并行学习的考虑,本文针对实际中广泛存在的一类可实现权重自学习的器件.即具有极性记忆的器件,提出阶梯非线性权重的概念.在给出这一权重数学表达式的基础上,分析了阶梯非线性权重神经元的函数映射能力;进而讨论了在以Hebb学习规则对本文提出的权重学习时,其权重调节参数学习特性对网络收敛性的影响;从而也指出了在BP(Back Propagation)神经网络中所使用的具有渐近特性的sigmoid激发函数是造成学习速率下降的重要原因.
