It has been demonstrated that the Lundberg's logarithmic profile is an optimal one for the selection of roller profiles. The size of the crown should be determined by operating conditions. Results of computation and analysis are suitable for other machine elements in which the line contact interface is included, as gears, cam-tappet, etc.

机械系统中广泛存在滚滑点接触副,本文用非牛顿体弹流理论分析这种问题的润滑机理.通过数值模拟得到了三维弹流润滑接触区内的压力分布、油膜厚度分布和剪应力;进一步研究剪切发热和润滑剂压缩性发热得到三维温度分布.最高温升发生在高压区,且偏向导热系数小的一侧.接触零件表面和油膜中的温度分布研究结果为机械零件的抗胶合设计提供理论依据.
