On the basis of the Hopf bifurcation theory, the bifurcation phenomenon occurring in sub-synchronous resonance is analyzed in the paper in terms of Lyapunov-Schmidt algorithm by which the high dimension nonlinear vector fields are reduced.
Global bifurcation phenomena from the eigenvalues of some semilinear biharmonic equations in an open bounded domain containing the origin with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition is studied. Also the phenomena of bifurcation from infinity are studied. The main tools are the operator theory, theory of topological degree and the Rabinowitz’s global bifurcation theory.
Taylor-Couette flow between two coaxial rotating cylinders is simulated numerically by the finite element method, bifurcation phenomena of axisymmetric flow between two coaxial rotating cylinders was founded, and numerical results is presented.
A few remarks on white holes - though a totally different phenomenon - are included at the end for the sake of clarity.
The disturbance in blood flow in the hand in DC is usually asymptomatic and is probably a different phenomenon from that seen in Raynaud's Syndrome.
The notorious banding observed in simulations with an insufficient number of lines is a related but different phenomenon and depends strongly on the choice of the line simulation technique.
Plant hybridogenic evolution with the subsequent possibility of polyploidisation and the consequent reduced homology is a completely different phenomenon compared to animal evolution.
Short spike bursts are a different phenomenon from the small-bowel migrating myoelectric complex because they do not migrate; they can occur during the postprandial period and never originated intraluminal pressure waves.
This paper attempts firstly to apply self-organization theory to modelling the structure of a social order system, which can be expressed by a non-linear Fokker-Plankequation. Secondly, by its simplified model, both static and dynamics behavior are analyzed, and may be viewed as a trend plus fluctuation around it from microscopic view. It is alsoshown macroscopically that bifurcation appears in this system. Finally, some useful results are discussed.
