This paper attempts firstly to apply self-organization theory to modelling the structure of a social order system, which can be expressed by a non-linear Fokker-Plankequation. Secondly, by its simplified model, both static and dynamics behavior are analyzed, and may be viewed as a trend plus fluctuation around it from microscopic view. It is alsoshown macroscopically that bifurcation appears in this system. Finally, some useful results are discussed.

应用自组织理论推出了一个结构模型,属于福克-普郎克方程形式;再根据其简化模型,从微观和宏观角度对系统的定态及动态特性做了初步的分析。得出了社会治安系统可能产生的分歧现象,并由此得到一些有用的结果。

We have some results about the bifurcation phenomenon of heteroclinic cycle S(n) with autonomous perturbation. The papers [1-3] studied the saddle-loop question clearly in case n=1. When n ≥ 2, some sufficient conditions for the bifurcation of S(n) were given with the help of stability in papers [4, 5] . On the basis of R. I. Bogdanov's thought [6], we get some sufficient conditions and necessary conditons for the bifurcation of S(n) in a Hamiltonian system with autonomous perturbation by studying the change...

When n ≥ 2, some sufficient conditions for the bifurcation of S(n) were given with the help of stability in papers [4, 5] . On the basis of R. I. Bogdanov's thought [6], we get some sufficient conditions and necessary conditons for the bifurcation of S(n) in a Hamiltonian system with autonomous perturbation by studying the change of Hamiltonian function's value along the orbit in this paper. Finally we discuss the problem of uniformity in global bifurcation, and study an example to explain the complexity of bifurcation phenomenon of the heteroclinic cycle.
