Experimental results of physical model simulation indicate that the mathematical model and its computer simulation agree well with the actual situation.Heat transfer of light weight kiln car is also discussed.

本文提出了隧道窑窑车的二维非稳态传热数学模型及计算机程序框图。对多种窑车结构进行二维传热过程模拟的结果表明:当在窑车宽度方向上采用不同物性的材料时,其横向温度分布是不均匀的;在窑车垂直方向上,靠近车台面处的温度梯度最大,车台面衬料的物性对窑车蓄热量的大小起着重要的作用。通过窑车二维传热物理模型的模化实验,表明:计算机模拟的结果和实验所测定的结果相符。文中还对轻质化窑车进行了探讨。
