This paper brought up with our parameter design optimization method for high intensity focused ultrasound phased array. Using this method, it made an optimal design of spherical phased arrays and it is found that this method can produce an optimal array with least elements by choosing rational frequency, element size and shell curvature, therefore can provide the ultrasound therapeutic system with high capability but low cost.
By means of multi-beam forming,phased arrays ultrasonic sensor only receives echo signal from special direction. A design of 8 channel ultrasonic phased arrays signal process board based on DSP and FPGA is described. Cooperating with D/A A/D board,it can generate 8 channel excitation signal and sample echo signal from phased array ultrasonic sensor.
