The heat-resistant, efficient new-type filtering materials are under study for large blast furnaces.

我国自行开发研制的高炉煤气布袋除尘技术,经多年的发展,现已成功地用于中型高炉上。其特点是全干式布袋除尘工艺流程;采用无碱玻璃纤维滤袋;实行闭路反吹清灰技术;卸、输灰系统机械化;设有控制煤气温度的升、降温装置。实践表明,该系统除尘效率高(99.8%以上),净煤气含尘<6mg/m~3,温度>100℃滤袋寿命达1.5~2年,节水、节电,并能解决煤气洗涤水对环境的污染。全干式高炉煤气布袋除尘不仅能保证高炉生产的要求,而且有良好的经济和社会效益。现正研制高温高效滤材,以便向大型高炉发展。
