我国自行开发研制的高炉煤气布袋除尘技术,经多年的发展,现已成功地用于中型高炉上。其特点是全干式布袋除尘工艺流程;采用无碱玻璃纤维滤袋;实行闭路反吹清灰技术;卸、输灰系统机械化;设有控制煤气温度的升、降温装置。实践表明,该系统除尘效率高(99.8%以上),净煤气含尘<6mg/m~3,温度>100℃滤袋寿命达1.5~2年,节水、节电,并能解决煤气洗涤水对环境的污染。全干式高炉煤气布袋除尘不仅能保证高炉生产的要求,而且有良好的经济和社会效益。现正研制高温高效滤材,以便向大型高炉发展。

The recent operating results of bag scrubber has been summarized for a 300m~3 BF at Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel works. Bag selection improvement of hanging structure, temperature control of the half-cleaned gas, dust transporting and dumping, reverse-blowing for dust cleaning are emphasized. Practice shows that application of the bag scrubber is successful. Its obviously superior to wet scrubbing process and worthwhile to spread.

总结了石家庄钢铁厂300m~3高炉煤气布袋除尘器几年来的运行效果;对滤袋选择及吊挂结构的改进以及半净煤气温度控制、输卸灰和反吹清灰等的改进作了重点论述。实践表明,布袋除尘器在300m~3高炉煤气除尘系统应用是成功的,比湿法有明显的优越性,应予大力推广。
