Analyzes and calculates the stress and distortion for the structure of car body under vertical load case, lengthwise stretch load case, lengthwise compression load case, air pressure power load case, operating load case in detail.

Theoretical analysis showed that the lateral rigidity of compound spring system only depended on the structural geometry parameters,material characteristic parameters and the magnitude of vertical load of springs and had nothing to do with whether this compound spring system bore lateral load and produced lateral deformation.

The effects of transverse compression and lateral pressure on the longitudinal compressive strength are also approached.
