The Potentiostatic Polarization curves and negative difference effect in the aluminum Perchlorate system have been measured to study the effect of concentration, PH, and additives on the anodic Performance of Al alloy.On the basis of the results, it Is Proposed that the corrosion of Al alloy in acqueous aluminum perchlorate solution might prcoeed according to the mechanism competitive adsorption. And it has also been shown that clo~- 4 exerts a double influence of corrosive and passive ionic effect on Al alloy....

And it has also been shown that clo~- 4 exerts a double influence of corrosive and passive ionic effect on Al alloy. Al alloy in acqueous aluminum perchlorate containing chromium chloride additive has good performance as cell anodes. It thus seems that chromium chloride may be a good additive in Aluminum-manganese dioxide dry cells with the alumtnum perchlorate system.

本文测定了铝合金NO.3在高氯酸铝体系中的恒电位极化曲线和负差异效应。以便研究高氯酸铝浓度、溶液PH、以及添加剂对其阳极行为的影响。为了对比,我们也测定了纯铝(99.7%)和铝合金NO.4.5在一条定件下的恒电位极化曲线和负差导效应。实验结果表明,高氯酸根离子对铝合金电极起着腐蚀离子和缓蚀离子的双重作用。初步提出,铝合金电极在高氯酸铝溶液中的阳极腐蚀。可能是竞争吸附机理。并指出铝合金电极在添加三氯化铬的溶液中具有优良的电性能。因此,三氯化铬可能成为高氯酸铝体系Al—MnO_2干电池的较好添加剂。
